Falcon Flight is the “graduate school” of the National Cadet Officer School. While COS focuses on strategic leadership, Falcon Flight focuses on executive leadership and personal growth as a leader.
Ten cadets will participate in an academically intense series of lectures, in-depth discussions, and exercises specifically designed to prepare them for service as future leaders. In addition, a wide variety of top military and industry leaders come for guest speaker lunches to discuss their experiences with the cadets.
